Found the process of signing documents and agreements via phone apps somewhat difficult. As a result £350 pounds was taken from my bank account in error and it took 2 weeks for this money to be returned to me.

Communication was poor throughout. I waited nearly two hours before being told the work couldn't be done, and after leaving the car I had to chase for updates a week later. Despite saying I needed notice, I then got a sudden call to say it was ready

I was told the original quotation for first service was incorrect but, to be fair, they honoured the price give. They said £330 for oil change which is excessive. Car wasn't washed properly and I didn't have time for a re wash which was offered.

Tyre hadn't been ordered next day. But Kasey on desk was fantastic. She went out of her way to redeem my faith in mini Couldn't have been more helpful as was the man who picked up and returned my car next day.

The sales rep, Beatrice, was so helpful, professional and caring from the minute I walked into the building to the minute I drove away in my brand new Mini. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was very patient with me throughout the process
