We had an urgent problem with our electric mini, in that the charging socket flap malfunctioned without warning and completely jammed. Although fully booked, the service department managed to resolve the issue the same day. Excellent service.

very helpful, assisted me in being able to relax in the customer waiting area ,gave me a cup of coffee .As I am disabled that is not the most easy of things to do. When the car was ready Simon Jones fully explained how to get round the problem .

My e mail was wrong On the receipt my address and name were wrong Althought car was valeted the roof was not cleaned After the service I rang three times to discuss a service plan and was told someone would get back to me , no such call came
