Lady checking in took over 30 minutes, was abrasive and unfriendly. She didn't like that I had free curtesy car and was quite rude in front of other customers saying it's not usual. Showed her my email. Rude again when I returned.

Personal service is excellent. The staff (Katie) are knowledgeable and friendly. I have confidence in the workshop staff to do a good job and look keep my mini safe despite it being 10 years old. The service costs are reasonable for a main dealer.

We were welcomed on arrival, the service clerk that dealt with us explained all the work that was taking place and gave us upfront prices to confirm what we had been quoted. The car was ready when they said (if not sooner tbh), great service!!

No customer services skills at all. Had to email twice before I got a response. Receptionist was unbelievable unfriendly. Left for 1.5 hours in the waiting area with no update. Extremely poor.

Contact was generally good as I was kept informed on progress. However, I didn't expect to have to return my car within 10 minutes of leaving the premises due to a new clunking noise which resulted in the drive shaft bolt requiring attention.
