Despite a problem with the delivery company, I received prompt updates about what was happening with my new car and collection of my Mercedes. The car was driven down to me the next day and I was delighted to meet James in person.

Quite expensive I thought, given it's an EV so less to service. Brake fluid change is VERY EXPENSIVE given the disposal fee and the other fee. For fluid that costs less than £10 with half hour labour, £126!!!! The wash and hoover was very poor!

Engineer available to diagnose and repair our car at short notice. Courtesy car offered when initial repair was not successful so we could continue our long journey to Liverpool, and get our daughter to university.
