No customer services skills at all. Had to email twice before I got a response. Receptionist was unbelievable unfriendly. Left for 1.5 hours in the waiting area with no update. Extremely poor.

I was required to return twice due the issue not being fixed properly. After a week I left again with my car not correctly repaired.

Both Oliver Terry (current salesman) and Beatrice (Original sales lady) did an excellent job in selling the Mini to a person who has driven Mercedes for the past 15 years.
