Very efficient and friendly service. They sent me a video of the car and what had been done and checked during the service. The car was ready exactly when they said and it had been cleaned immaculately.

Very unhappy with my experience at Lookers Stafford. No communication, had to constantly chase. Never called back when promised. No resolution after holding the car for 3 days. I just asked for it back in the end. I had no faith they could resolve.
