Work taking longer than expected as tyres were not delivered on time. Recognise this was because the delivery van had broken down. Grateful courtesy car provided for inconvenience. Car hadn't been vacuumed on pick up even though had requested this.

Car had to be kept overnight an was told would be ready at 10 the next day then was given no update the following day until it was ready at 3pm, but staff was friendly and willing to help.

I was very satisfied with Katie and how she dealt me me, going above and beyond every time we spoke. I am a little disappointed I had to bring my car back only to be told the 'fault' I was reporting was actually an update on my vehicle. Pls see below

Vehicle into Lookers Bmw Stafford. Andrea booked vehicle in and out was very polite. Upon collection 3x bolts missing/damage to air intake by male mechanic. A mechanic called Merry, replaced 2x bolts & temporary repaired air intake, this took a while

Technically good. Registration date on system wrong. Service interval starts from date of build? Told couldn't have courtesy car in future without paying for it.
