The updates on progress during the service were informative and regular. The vehicle was returned in a timely manner and the Service Manager was extremely pleasant and efficient.

I have been to the servicemtwice since I bought the new car in November. The car is great but the service is not. The car was sent out with a duff battery and had to come back to have it changed.I could go on but I dont have enough charactors left
